ໃນຖານະເປັນສ່ວນຫນຶ່ງຂອງການຝຶກອົບຮົມຄູຝຶກສອນບານເຕະ(Coach) AFC, ໃບອະນຸຍາດການເປັນຄູຝຶກສອນ AFC ທັງຫມົດແມ່ນມີອາຍຸສາມາດນຳໃຊ້ສໍາລັບສາມປີ,ນັບແຕ່ວັນທີ່ອອກໃຫ້ຫຼືສາມາດຕໍ່ອາຍຸໃດ້.  ນີ້ເປັນສິ່ງທີ່ຊຸກຍູ້ໃຫ້ຄູຝຶກສອນໃຫ້ປັບປຸງຕົນເອງຢ່າງຕໍ່ເນື່ອງ ແລະສອດຄ່ອງກັບທ່າອ່ຽງຂອງການພັດທະນາຄູຝຶກສອນໃນປະຈຸບັນ.

 ພະແນກຄູຝຶກຂອງສະຫະພັນບານເຕະລາວ (LFF) ໄດ້ຈັດຕັ້ງຂະບວນການກວດກາຄືນໃໝ່ ໂດຍຮຽກຮ້ອງໃຫ້ຄູຝຶກສອນກິລາບານເຕະໄວ້ດັ່ງນີ້:

1. ລົງທະບຽນອອນລາຍໃນຖານຂໍ້ມູນ Coaches.(ນັບຕັ້ງແຕ່ລະດັບ C ຂື້ນໄປ)

2. ບັນລຸ 100 ຄະແນນພາຍໃນ 3 ປີເພື່ອໃຫ້ມີຄຸນສົມບັດສໍາລັບການໄດ້ຮັບໃບອະນຸຍາດຄູຝຶກໃນຂັ້ນຕໍ່ໄປ.

3. ຖ້າຄູຝຶກສອນໄດ້ຮັບຄຸນສົມບັດທີ່ສູງກວ່າ (ເຊັ່ນ: ຈາກ LFF/AFC 'B' ເຖິງ LFF/AFC 'A') ພາຍໃນໄລຍະເວລາສາມປີ.  ສິດທິຂອງຄູຝຶກຂອງລາວຈະມີຜົນບັງຄັບໃຊ້ໂດຍອັດຕະໂນມັດນັບແຕ່ມື້ສໍາເລັດຫຼັກສູດໃໝ່.

 ກະລຸນາເບິ່ງໄຟລ໌ແນບກ່ຽວກັບວິທີການຫາຄະແນນ.  ເອກະສານຄັດຕິດນີ້ຍັງເປັນເສັ້ນທາງການຝຶກອົບຮົມໃຫມ່ທີ່ຄູຝຶກສອນສາມາດອ້າງອີງໄດ້.

As part of the AFC Coaching Convention, all AFC coaching licence is valid for three years from the date of issue or renewal. This is to encourage coaches to continuously update themselves and be relevant to the current coaching trends. 

Lao Football Federation (LFF) Coach Education Department has come up with a revalidation process which requires coaches to do the following;

1) Register online into the Coaches database

2) Attain 100 points within 3 years in order to be eligible for coaching license revalidation.

3) Should a coach gain a higher qualification (example from LFF/AFC ‘B’ to LFF/AFC ‘A’ diploma) within the three years, his coaching validity will automatically be from the date of the new course completed.
